موقف فظ للغاية. لا يعرفون كيف يتعاملون مع العملاء... ولا توجد أي لافتات داخلية تدل على المكان الذي يجب التوجه إليه أو لمن أتحدث... لن أزور هذا المكان مرة أخرى... يجب على شركات الشحن الدولية المحترفة أن تتعلم أولاً كيفية التحدث والتعامل مع العملاء باحترافية.
